My name is Dmytro Prymachenko. I am a Philosopher, Writer, and People Partner.

I combine classical philosophy with modern applied disciplines — and show how this knowledge works in real life, whether you’re a school student or a CEO.

I have a degree in philosophy from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Through reading and reflection, I arrived at an insight that reshaped my thinking: fear and overthinking are pointless in the modern world. With Democritus’s determinism as a foundation and stoic and absurdist ideas deepening it, I came up with a principle I now live by:

Everything in the world should be divided into interesting things that are worth loving and ridiculous things that are not worthy of attention

This mindset freed me from the fear of starting something new. Ultimately, it led me to co-found a leathercraft shop (Wellspring Leather, formerly ЇJAK), fix dashboards for Suspilne.media, manage educational projects at YouControl, train data visualization at Softico, and work in design and SMM for Zebra Driving School. I didn’t become an expert in all of these — but I became skilled enough, and I learned that any competence is just a few books and deliberate practice away.

Later I found my real focus: social philosophy applied to people, teams, and organizations. That’s what brought me to the role of People Partner — where theory turns into daily practice. Today I write and consult on:

• Management theories — building long-term communication inside teams
• Marketing and branding — effective communication with audiences
• Applied psychology — self-mastery and personal effectiveness
